I think adding Disclaimer in Email signature is recommended and must be encouraged ? What do you legal geeks think about it ?

This is the disclaimer i use for my email provided by Google. What do you think about this disclaimer ? or do you have any best disclaimer ?

To my mind, there can be no "best" email disclaimer. You can have top legal luminaries to draft the disclaimer but the courts generally do not place too much reliance on disclaimers.

The logic is very simple - "you cannot disown what you have already done merely by saying that that you haven't done it". You have to back it up by more evidence and facts. The position of disclaimers is akin to terms and conditions in a contract. If these are not reasonable then the parties are not bound by them.

You can have a look at some more sample email disclaimers @
